At PLA, we believe that every child has a story to tell, a song to sing, and a dance to share. Imagine a place where children can craft their own stories, choose the music, and convey positive messages through one of a kind musicals. That's the kind of place you find at Project Live Arts. As a group we will write and perform our very own unique musical! PLA is all about nurturing creativity and building confidence in a supportive community through the performing arts.
Through PLA, students will not only develop their talents in acting, singing, and dancing, but they’ll also build teamwork, leadership, and communication skills that extend beyond the stage. Our sessions are designed to be fun, engaging, and enriching, offering each child the chance to shine and express themselves in a unique way. And at the end of the program, they’ll showcase their hard work in a one-of-a-kind performance that they helped create from start to finish. Join us at PLA, where creativity knows no bounds and every child's voice is heard!
Project Live Arts (PLA) is thoughtfully structured into age-specific groups to ensure tailored instruction and developmentally appropriate material for our performers. Each age group receives specialized attention and guidance, fostering not only artistic growth but also educational and skill-based development. At PLA, we believe in the power of the arts to foster creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Through our age-appropriate programs, students not only cultivate their artistic talents but also develop important life skills that will serve them well in their academic and personal pursuits. We also emphasize the importance of a supportive and encouraging environment, where every student feels valued and empowered to explore their creativity. The joy of performing is at the heart of our program, and we strive to make every rehearsal and performance a positive and memorable experience. In addition, students have the unique opportunity to take part in the full creative process—from brainstorming ideas and writing scripts to selecting music and designing choreography. This hands-on approach not only makes our program exciting and engaging but also allows each child to take ownership of their artistic journey. At Project Live Arts, every child's creativity is celebrated, and their potential is brought to life!
Tiny Talents (TK-2): Our Tiny Talents program is designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and foster a love for storytelling, singing, dancing, and acting. Led by Ms. Maria, your child will explore their imagination, make new friends, and shine on the stage! Throughout the program, students will develop basic stage presence and confidence, learn to express themselves through simple choreography and singing, and engage in creative storytelling through acting and role-playing. They'll also work on collaborative skills, understanding rhythm and timing, all while having fun and making lasting memories.
The Rising Stars Program at Project Live Arts is where young talents truly shine! Building on foundational skills, our Rising Stars program empowers students in grades 2-5 to elevate their performances to new heights. Led by Maria Vasiliou, students explore singing, dancing, acting, and storytelling with a focus on creativity and expression.
In this program, students will refine their vocal techniques, learn more complex choreography, and deepen their understanding of character development and stage presence. They will also enhance their ability to collaborate with others, develop improvisation skills, and gain confidence in public speaking and performance. Additionally, they’ll participate in the creative process of writing and performing a unique musical, further honing their storytelling abilities. Join us as we nurture the next generation of performers and watch your child’s star rise in the spotlight of PLA’s Rising Stars Program.

They will also strengthen their improvisation abilities, build leadership skills through group collaborations, and gain confidence in their creative decision-making. With the creative freedom to choose the music and craft the story they tell, students will experience the full spectrum of the creative process, from conception to performance. Join us as we cultivate the creativity and dedication of tomorrow's stars in PLA's Aspiring Artists Program.
